There has been so much written in the last few days on the eve of tomorrow's twentieth anniversary of Chernobyl, what can I say?
At the risk of repeating myself, I wish someone had used Chernobyl+20 as an opportunity to ask the Government of the Russian Federation to bury their ongoing plans to operate floating nuclear power stations in the Arctic and elsewhere.
A project that should be sunk before one of these stations does sink and makes a mess.
This would make an interesting agenda item for this year's G8 Summit in St Petersburg, wouldn't it?
