While the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), under the slogan "Kick the CO2 habit", dedicates World Environment Day to the need to consume less fossil fuels, I'm watching TV tonight.
And what do I see? Spanish fishermen, French truck and taxi drivers, and British motorcyclists all demanding more fuel subsidies.
