
In the middle of this week marked by the 24th anniversary of the Chernobyl explosion in the Ukraine, Lloyd's List has announced that Russia is in the process of building a prototype floating nuclear power station for deployment in the Arctic.
It's in Lloyd's List Hot Topics section. This is encouraging because for a long while I've been wondering (and I continue to wonder) why this issue is not on the hot topics list of environmental organizations.
