It's Christmas Day today. When I saw the crowds of people queuing in the fish shops near my home, yesterday, I thought I should remember to post this earthburger. I found it on the website of my friends of the Ecology and Development Foundation of Zaragoza (ECODES). I think that, unfortunately, it makes an appropriate 21st century Christmas icon. [Beginnings of the 21st century, because it can't go on for much longer]
The end-of-year holiday is also a good time to watch Ann Leonard's thought-provoking Story of Stuff. [Ann is another member of the Greenpeace diaspora]
