I think the best thing I can do this week-end is to put a link to Richard Black's blogpiece of today which he's updating frequently through the day (and it may go on through the night or even tomorrow's early morning).
Richard's blogs always make good reading. I don't know if the subjacent humour in them is what people call English humour, but it's very good.
