After reading my previous post, Duncan informs me that Green Cross Russia's report on the plan to operate floating atomic stations is posted in PDF on the Bellona Foundation's website.
I had a chance to read this report a couple of weeks ago before its publication, at the request of Green Cross Switzerland. It is essentially a technical report with a lot of useful information.
An international legal and policy analysis is lacking. This would be useful to improve the final section "Conclusions and Recommendations" which is too shallow and does not include a clear and targetted ask on the international community.
