Oil junky

My friend Shawnee Hoover, who lives in Washington DC, is an admirable citizen.

Her neighbour George recently confessed that he has been a hard drug addict for many years.

Shawnee had suspected for a long time that George was a junky. She was concerned about health and environmental effects of course, but also about the street violence that always goes with drug deals.

George's confession was intriguing, but it was clear that he was not yet ready to go clean.

So, Shauwnee decided to go to the source: she has embarked in a campaign to stop the main drug dealer in the neighbourhood.
