Avec le temps...

President Sarkozy's PR guys are beaming a very cool slide show this month on the building of the French National Assembly in Paris near the Pont de la Concorde.

Coinciding with France's EU Presidency, the show celebrates the construction of the European Union, and promotes several aspects of sustainability for the future such as the need to reinforce renewable energy production capacity as shown on this photo I took last night.

As a former Greenpeace old timer, I can't help it: this slide show on the French Parliament reminds me the old times when we used to beam images on monuments and hotels where government or corporate officials were meeting, or on dirty installations, in order to promote our agenda and demands.

Imitation is the highest form of compliment, isn't it?

[By the way, I am glad that they chose to show wind mills and not an EPR nuclear reactor.]
