Death

I took this photo a few days ago in Tokyo, as I was passing by a cigarette vending machine.

I already wrote a couple of years ago about the Japanese cigarette Peace brand, and more recently about Hope, another Japanese brand that caught my attention.

It took me a while to understand the meaning of Infinity Peace, which you can see here on the photo. But now I got it.

Of course infinity peace is another name for death.

I wonder whether the company that produces it picked up this brand name to protect itself from liability: it's hard to argue that they'd not forewarned the consumers, isn't it?
